The course runs on Thursdays from 3.45pm to 8.45pm for one academic year. There is a requirement that students will need to spend the same amount of time on self study activities as spent in the class room.

Understanding organisations and the role of HR
Recording, analysing and using HR information
Resourcing talent
Delivering L&D activities
Supporting good practice in managing Employment relations
How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Each unit is assessed by an assignment.
On Successful Completion of this Course
Progression on to the Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Additional Information
All students wishing to sit the CIPD qualification must register and pay for student membership of the CIPD by the end of November of their first year of study. The centre will provide application forms.
All students will be required to purchase the set text books. Details will be provided at induction.
