A suitable work placement or employer who will support both salary and training commitment, also if you are already in employment you are eligible.
For Administration, GCSE Grade C or above in at least English and Mathematics would be desirable.

Course Description
To gain a full framework of an Apprenticeship and/or Advanced Apprenticeship programme.
Apprenticeships are designed to enable the learner to achieve both working knowledge and experience in conjunction with occupationally specific qualifications. Applicants who are already employed who have not received funding may be eligible for an apprenticeship programme.
The programme will include:
NVQ 2 Administration, Technical Certificate Level 2 for Apprenticeship, Key Skills Communication Level 2, Number Level 1 and Information Technology.
NVQ 3 Administration, Technical Certificate Level 3 for Advanced Apprenticeship, Key Skills Communication Level 2, Application of Number Level 2 and Information Technology.

The course covers all aspects of administrative work within the modern office. In an Administration apprenticeship programme, Information Technology is an integrated qualification.
All courses are supported by a qualified assessor and Training Co-ordinator, both in and out of college, to ensure continuity and assistance is fully documented and administered.
How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Continuous assessment, both on and off the job, examinations and classroom taught sessions.
On Successful Completion of this Course
Full Apprenticeship (at either Apprenticeship or Advanced levels), further training opportunities and employment progression, or natural progression within the apprenticeship programmes.
