Entry Requirements
Ideally you will be educated to degree level. However many of our students have not followed this route and your experience in a HR role can allow you to access the course. Please call to discuss.

For 2010/11 the certificate will run on Tuesdays from 1.30pm to 9pm for one academic year. A minimum of 80% attendance is required.
Course Description
The advanced certificate and diplomas are discreet courses, replacing the old Professional Development Scheme (PDS). The completion of both provides the knowledge required for the new Associate professional level of CIPD membership. All students will complete the advanced certificate first. Any students part qualified under the old PDS Scheme should contact the course leader, so we are able to offer transition arrangements in some cases.

Additional Information
All students wishing to sit the CIPD qualifications must register and pay an annual membership fee to the CIPD (the centre will provide application forms)
All students will be required to purchase the set CIPD text (details will be provided at Induction)
There is an additional examination fee for all external exams (the centre will provide examination application forms)
