Tuesday 6.00pm to 9.00pm for 2 weeks. Courses start in September, February and April.
Course Description
The course is split inyo six areas :-
* Balance of good health
* Diet and health
* Nutritional requirements of different groups
* Catering for different groups
* Food processing
* Food labelling
How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Successful completion of a multiple-choice examination.
On Successful Completion of this Course
Progression onto CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering.
